How we got here

The story of NSurTech Solutions begins with founder John McFarland, whose career spans decades of expertise in technology and life insurance. From humble beginnings in rural Oklahoma, John earned degrees from Oklahoma State University and Georgia Tech before excelling in roles that combined technology and profitability, including leading NorthStar Life Services through rapid growth. Recognizing the need for a unifying technology platform to address the diverse needs of consumers, advisors, and life insurance stakeholders, John launched NSurTech Solutions to bring his vision to life.
